This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex financial challenges, and contributing to a firm that values both technical excellence and personal connection.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trustsConduct and oversee audit and assurance engagements across various industriesReview and prepare complex tax returns and financial statementsProvide strategic tax planning and compliance guidance to clientsQualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on both tax and auditStrong technical knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and audit proceduresExperience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, ProSystem fx, or similar platformsBenefitsBase Salary of $100K to $150K + Annual BonusWork-life balance unlike the others!Supportive team culture with opportunities for professional developmentExposure to a wide range of industries and client types
