Substation & Transmission. In this role, you'll oversee projects from development and kickoff through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects while partnering closely with clients and internal teams.What You'll DoLead Substation & Transmission Projects from concept to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.Manage Project Documentation including contracts, requisitions, BOMs, task authorizations, and work requests with accuracy and completeness.Monitor Budgets & Resources by reviewing project budgets, initiating revisions when necessary, and tracking contractor resource levels.Drive Project Planning & Execution by developing and approving project plans, aligning tactical and strategic goals, and communicating progress to client leadership.Ensure Quality & Compliance through robust QA/QC programs, contractor oversight, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.Oversee Project Closeout by coordinating documentation, auditing completed projects, and ensuring benefits realization.What You'll NeedBachelor's Degree required.8+ years of experience in utility substation or transmission projects.Strong background in project management, engineering, finance, construction, or project controls.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Ability to travel to client sites in PA or NJ at least twice per month.What Will Set You ApartPMP Certification (completed or in progress).Experience with project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Deltek Vantagepoint, or similar.Detailed expertise in project controls.About ExecuPOWER At ExecuPOWER, we are powering the future through partnerships, principles, and passion.
