What You'll Do Lead safe, high-energy, and results-driven group classes (HIIT, strength, cardio, or specialty formats). Deliver workouts that are fun, engaging, and adaptable to all fitness levels. Motivate and inspire participants to push toward their goals while enjoying the process. Represent the Crunch brand with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm. Provide excellent customer service and build strong connections with members. Stay current with certifications, continuing education, and fitness trends. What We're Looking For Current nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred). Valid Yoga or Pilates certification also considered. Prior experience leading group fitness classes. Strong communication skills and a passion for motivating others.
