If you want to be more than a number with a company, and truly have a say in important business and team decisions - this is the place for you!Job DescriptionOversee daily field operations for site development projects, including earthwork, grading, utility installation (water, sewer, storm), paving, and related scopes.Manage field crews and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project plans and specifications.Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower needed to complete work on schedule and within budget.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings, inspections, and enforcing company policies.Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and site plans, communicating requirements clearly to field teams.Track progress and production quantities, reporting to project management on schedule, costs, and any potential issues.Problem-solve in the field, addressing site conditions, design conflicts, or utility clashes to keep work moving forward.Maintain quality control standards, verifying that work meets specifications and passes required inspections.Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.Document daily activities, including manpower, equipment usage, weather, and delays.
