With an annual revenue of approximately $70 million, this company combines the stability of a seasoned builder with the close-knit culture of a regional firm.Job DescriptionLead and manage all phases of construction for a 100,000 sq ft ground-up K-12 or higher education facility from preconstruction through project closeoutDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans in coordination with the project team and stakeholdersOversee and direct on-site activities, ensuring work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality expectationsManage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely communication and resolution of issuesCoordinate and lead project meetings, including OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) and subcontractor meetingsEnsure proper documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports, is maintained throughout the project life cycleMonitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunitiesProactively identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to maintain project timelinesEnsure compliance with local building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulationsFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on the job siteMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
