Job SummaryWe are seeking a competent and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or acute care setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while ensuring patient safety and comfort.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients according to established care plans and physician orders.Administer IV medications and treatments safely and accurately.Monitor patient conditions, report changes promptly, and document nursing interventions thoroughly.Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance.Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.Required QualificationsActive state or Compact LPN license.Valid IV Certification.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only.Minimum of 1 year experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or acute care setting.Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently.CertificationsLPN/LVN License (state)IV CertificationBLS (AHA)
