Operations Management Analyst Job ID 239208 Posted 19-Sep-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data & Analytics Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About the role** Working under supervision, provides day-to-day operations and administrative support for Project Management Operations team. Collaborates with cross functional teams and assists in coordination and development of playbook documentation, onboarding, process improvement, and controls for project management teams. Supports systems for project management platform and helps to implement programs and training resources that enable the department to meet objectives in an efficient manner. This role is part of the Business Operations Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current business processes and systems. **What you'll do** + Analyzes business processes, playbooks, RACI documentation, etc.to maintain standards and controls. Prepares commentary and explanation of changes for management review. + Assists in systems administration for unique software used by the business group to support its operations. Researches and resolves support issues. Follows-up to ensure open issues are resolved. Assists in preparing user reference material. + Troubleshoots and resolves simple inquiries and requests from all internal/external clients. + Reviews and monitors department processes and procedures to find opportunities to improve service delivery to all customers. May network with external contacts to research and recommend standard processes. + Coordinates budget preparation. Researches and collects input from multiple resources. + Compiles a variety of operating, financial and statistical information as needed to respond to management requests. Coordinates work with other departments. May add commentary to complete analysis reports and proposals. + Assists in communication of standard processes, policies, procedures and initiatives to support operations. Helps to facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution. + Assists in developing project plans and costs, including personnel and fiscal requirements to achieve defined objectives. May provide periodic updates relative to project resource and fiscal plans. + Other duties as assigned. **What you'll need** To perform this job efficiently, an individual needs to perform each critical duty satisfactorily. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to efficiently present information. + Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to address problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. + Enhanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spreadsheet skills to include intricate functions such as graphics, pivot tables. + Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Responsible for setting own project timelines. + Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor. · CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $ 80000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $ 90000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
