We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join a growing company in Florence, KY, specializing in powder and liquid chemical products across multiple industries. Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $19.00/hour 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM | $19.50/hour What You'll Do: Operate and monitor production machinery, including mixers, reactors, and packaging equipment Set up machines according to established procedures Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Complete production reports and maintain accurate records Qualifications: 1-2 years of machine operating experience Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
