Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer located in Itasca, ILIn-office position, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmBase salary, plus performance bonus!$60,000-$70k,000/year plus bonus (7%-10%)Your primary responsibility will be managing our current customers/clients. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee our client relationships in the electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth while effectively communicating with various stakeholders in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with existing accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Acquire new clients and expand the customer base through strategic outreach and networking.Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.Prepare and present insurance proposals and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Review quotes for compliance and maintain knowledge of property and casualty insurance requirements.Collaborate with underwriters and markets to facilitate smooth transactions and timely responses to client inquiries.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field experienceProven experience in account management within the electronics or manufacturing industries.Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance, with a valid WI Fire and Casualty license preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively meet with clients and stakeholders.Experience in reviewing quotes for compliance and preparing insurance proposals.Familiarity with PCB, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.BenefitsBenefitsPTOHEALTH, DENTAL, VISION
