For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: * Must be 18 years or older * Seven (7) years of experience as an electrician in the electrical field is required. * Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license * Must possess master electrician's license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed. Preferred Qualifications: * Seven (7) years of experience as an electrician is preferred. * Prior experience as electrician in an industrial or commercial setting is preferred. Responsibilities: * Perform preventative maintenance on all electrical equipment on-site * Perform electrical installations of a commercial nature * Plan layout and installation of electrical equipment, conduit, wiring and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes * Install electrical conduit, equipment, fixtures or wiring in floors, walls and ceilings * Install, inspect and test electrical systems * Perform installations which include but are not limited to panel boards, conduits, lay-in fixtures, wall packs, exit signs, light fixtures, disconnects, breakers, power distribution equipment and power supply wiring * Refer to labels, job site maps, instruction manuals, and written instructions to accurately to perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards * Report work orders, scheduled jobs and work progress to a foreperson * Ensure code compliance through proper installation of electrical components ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.
