Qualifications for Senior Superintendent : New Construction / large scale renovation projects9+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Lead / Senior SuperintendentAbility to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specificationResponsible for quality control and safety of project with demonstratable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrentlyAbility to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clientsLarge project experience a plus, $15m+Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programsKnowledge of Carpentry or previous experience preferredEducation, healthcare, life sciences, municipal and commercial experience is all preferred!
