Job Description Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy general practice. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing an excellent and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include: * Greeting clients and answering questions * Processing incoming and outgoing pets * Handling payments and scheduling appointments * Managing phone calls, emails, and mail * Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby * Documenting client and patient information in our software * Escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed Minimum of 12 months experience in a veterinary or medical office setting is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
