Join our Bennettsville team as a Production Operator!This role is on a rotating 12-hour Dupont schedule with a 4-week cycle of day and night shifts, including a full week off each month.What we are looking for:High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education is a plusAbility to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machineryMust lift 50 lbs and walk/stand for a minimum of 12 hours. Always use downtime for housekeeping duties to prevent hazardsComplete product changes through efficient and effective operation at the bander and in-feed positions, placing runners in the runner dispenserOperate a 12k forklift to remove large units of panelboard from the production line and warehouseSet-up and operate bander computer and ticket printer while constantly monitoring equipment and processPhysical Requirements: Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery.Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment.Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up 50 poundsAbility to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperatures.About Us: At ARAUCO, we're more than a global leader in sustainable wood products-we're a team driven by innovation, environmental stewardship, and strong core values.
