Known for stability and opportunity, the firm has never experienced layoffs and provides employees with strong prospects for internal growth.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Public Projects up to $25M will be responsible for:Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively.Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
