Join our Primoris Renewable Energy Talent Community and be the first to hear about upcoming openings!WHAT YOU'LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES):Supervise and direct all Foremen and technical leads on-siteSchedule labor, materials, tools, and equipment to maximize productivityEnsure safety, quality, and cost control across civil construction activitiesCollaborate with Trade Superintendents and Field EngineersMentor and coach field teams while maintaining a professional and respectful work environmentEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standardsMaintain crew and equipment matrixes and support project planning and reportingWHAT WE LOOK FOR:Proven experience supervising civil crews on utility-scale solar EPC projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret prints and contract documentsFamiliarity with federal and state codes and safety regulationsValid driver's license and acceptable MVRWillingness to relocate to project sites as neededPERKS AND BENEFITS:Competitive salary: $87,000-$110,000Straight time pay + home rotation schedule401(k) with employer matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off + 10 paid holidaysStock purchase planCompany vehiclePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).Must pass a physical exam if required.Able to: Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
