Tax Manager - HNWPosition Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Manager to join our team, focusing on high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The ideal candidate will oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring that clients' tax strategies align with their financial goals while maximizing tax efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage tax compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals and families.Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for clients, including individual, estate, gift, and trust taxation.Review and sign tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Advise clients on tax implications of various financial decisions and transactions.Stay updated on tax law changes and ensure that the firm is compliant with all regulations affecting HNW clients.Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on technical tax issues and developing their skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA certification is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, particularly for high-net-worth clients.Strong knowledge of individual, estate, gift, and trust taxation.Proven experience with high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
