Description:As a Signal of New England Security Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms Ensure all building access points are secureRequirements :Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plusAbility to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularlyStrong observational and communication skillsComfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionallyExperience in residential security is a plus, but not requiredCandidates local to the area are strongly encouraged to applyBenefits :Career advancement opportunities through Signals career progression ladder.Opportunities for additional hours, overtime and premium pay rates.Health Insurance and other supplemental insurances.
