Who we are Mueller Veterinary Services is looking to add a friendly and dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to our welcoming hospital team. We are a 4-doctor mixed animal practice located in Columbia, IL, 30 minutes south of St. Louis. Our team is passionate about their work, and we are incredibly close; we have created a family-like atmosphere and an enjoyable work environment. Our skilled and tight-knit team is dedicated to our patients, clients, and community. Our CSR is the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service. Some of the key skills that we are looking for a Customer Service Representative include: * Managing multiple phone lines * Animal health knowledge * Booking appointments * Greeting clients * Processing payments * Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
