The services offered are BoM review/analysis, test development, assembly and testing of printed circuit boards, manufacturing, box-build assembly, DFM/DFT & engineering, and DFSC (design for supply chain). Metal solutions, silicone compression molding, plastic injection molding, membrane switches, keypads, touch screens, and printed circuit board manufacturing are examples of custom material solutions.Right now we are in search of an experienced sales person in the electronic components industry. PCBA, SMT, PCB, Box BuildsAccount ExecutiveREMOTE POSITIONPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to manage our client accounts in the manufacturing and electronics sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the PCBA industry, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.Uncapped commission and base salaryFYOTE (First year on target earnings) = $160,000-$200,000$80,000-$100,000/year salary base salary. Negotiable based on direct experienceKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing and electronics sectors.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to meet sales targets.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to project completion.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and sales strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or electronics industry.Strong understanding of PCBA processes and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Skills in SMT and printed circuit board assembly are a plus.BenefitsPTOHEALTH, DENTAL, VISION401(k)
