Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of structural engineers in the planning and execution of structural commercial projects from conception to completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with specifications.Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks to minimize potential issues.Ensure adherence to building codes and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster positive relationships and ensure project success.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project resources and materials.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Structural, Civil Engineering or related field.P.E.
