CNC Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will maximize efficiency through setups and operation of a group of clearing, fluting, and point grinding machines to complete customer orders. MAU Anderson (2923 N. What We Offer * $20.00 - $24.00 per hour * Second Shift | 3:00 PM -11:00 PM * Third Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM * Health benefits, including telehealth medical services * Climate-controlled facility * Opportunity for advancement * Unlimited referral bonuses What We're Looking For * High school diploma or GED preferred * 3+ year(s) of experience in production machinery setup and operation required * Exceptional mechanical aptitude * Basic computer skills and exposure to CNC machinery * Capacity to comprehend, follow instructions, multi-task, and work independently * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization * Capacity to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, utilize excellent visual acuity (corrected) and manual dexterity, wear required PPE, and lift 50 pounds What You'll Do as a Machine Operator * Set up and operate various production machinery to complete customer orders according to blueprint specifications * Run a bank of machines, owning changeovers and setups * Ensure quality and production goals are achieved * Operate grinders * Move materials as needed * Establish good housekeeping practices and maintain Environmental, Quality, and Quantity (EQQ) requirements * Perform other tasks as assigned Join us for walk-in interviews every Monday through Friday.
