THIS ROLE IS HYBRID WITHIN THE GREATER SF BAY AREA. OCCASIONAL ON-SITE SUPPORT AND LOCAL TRAVEL TO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Work Responsibilities: Project Cost Coordination * Budget Management: Work with Superintendents and supervisors to tracking project expenses, creating work orders, validating costs and execute cost transfers at regional level. * Financial Reporting: Coordinate forecast updates with regional teams, support program analyst to report on financial status, and analyze variances between actual costs and the budget. * Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce project costs and improve financial efficiency at the regional level. * Communication: Communicate regional level financial information to program managers and other key stakeholders. * Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation for each HQ and respective substations. Project Forecast Coordination * Manage and coordinate the forecasting process with business operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key program stakeholders. * Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement. * Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and key drivers of forecast change vs plan. Expense Tracking for Emergent / Corrective Projects * Assist with managing, tracking and reporting of emergent corrective projects. * Coordinate the intake of new corrective project expense requests. * Facilitate the review and approval of these emergent corrective project expenses. * Monitor project expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. * Liaise with key stakeholders to identify and confirm opportunities for cost capitalization. #epjobs #naepjobs Skills Required * Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records. * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. * Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary. * Time Management Skills: Ability to meet deadlines and manage project timelines effectively. * Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a team and collaborate with others. * Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies: Understanding of basic project management principles and methodologies. * Relevant experience in project coordination or a related field.
