Our team's dedication to doing the right thing has helped us become a national leader in steel fabrication.Project Manager Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of steel construction projects. This includes coordinating with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills as well as expertise in steel construction and structural steel.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage steel construction projects from start to finishCoordinate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are metCreate and maintain project timelines and budgetsMonitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and implementing solutionsEnsure compliance with all safety and building codesCollaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are metCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project statusManage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change ordersProactively identify areas for improvement and implement process and efficiency enhancementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in steel constructionExpertise in steel construction/structural steelStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsProficiency in project management software and toolsKnowledge of safety and building codes and regulationsProblem-solving and decision-making skillsTeam player with strong leadership qualitiesBenefits- Medical/Dental/Vision- PTO- 401(k) + company match- Profit Bonuses- Relocation Assistance- Disability- Life Insurance- FSA - ...and more!
