Ability to develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans independently, with minimal supervision/. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies/. **Desired Skills:** Requires excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure, and delivers information in a clear and concise manner/. 3 plus years of Production Manufacturing experience/. Experience with business metrics /(KPIs/) to drive performance /(cost, schedule, quality, safety/) Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education/. Experience Microsoft Office applications/. Supervise Union Represented employees/. Working knowledge of manufacturing systems such as SFM, QADS, Aprisio, SAP, STK, FLEMOS, AutoTime Green Belt or above in Lean Manufacturing/. Ability to build strong internal/external customer relationships/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
