HiFyve is hiring a Plant Manager in the Manufacturing industry in the Kansas City, MO area!Salary: Up to $48/hrShift: DaysLocation: Kansas City, MO metro areaKey Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day CNC manufacturing operations, ensuring schedule adherence, team alignment, and production efficiencyMonitor KPIs and use real-time data to identify challenges and seize opportunitiesDevelop and execute plant-wide strategies that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve flowAlign plant operations with overall business goals and customer demandsLead lean initiatives and implement best practices in process control, safety, and quality assuranceStandardize procedures and instill a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellenceMentor and empower team leads, operators, and support staff-fostering a strong shop-floor cultureProvide structured coaching, evaluations, and training opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, programming, purchasing, and assemblyOversee budgeting, inventory levels, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety standardsEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 7-10+ years of leadership experience in CNC or precision manufacturing environments Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain high production standards Strong working knowledge of machining operations, quality systems, and lean practices Data-driven decision-making and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentIf you are interested, please apply.
