About the Role: Join Planet Fitness as an Overnight Member Service Representative and be the friendly face that supports our members during the night shift! Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests during overnight hours. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment. * Assist members with check-in and membership inquiries using our software systems. * Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues to ensure safety. * Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawer accurately at the end of the shift. * Promote membership deals and programs to enhance member engagement. * Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred. * Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts. * Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. * Must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 10 PM to 6 AM. * Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed. * Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality. 6 month retention bonus of $500 Compensation: $18.00 per hour JOIN THE CLUB.
