Clinic LPN Scheduler

**Responsibilities** ****Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered**** **Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment** CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call! **Scheduling and Coordinating Procedure Appointments:** + Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include: + Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire. + Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed). + Other duties as assigned. **Verifying Patient Information:** + Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details. + Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams: + Communicating appointment details, handling inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. **Managing Pre-procedure calls and Reminders:** + Creating, and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure. + During the pre-procedure call, they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program + Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board + Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association + Completion of IV Therapy Course **Overview** From primary to specialty care as well as walk-in and virtual services CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
