Participate in the firm's Partner-in-Training program for career advancement opportunities.What you need to succeed: Degree in Accounting from a U.S. university. 2+ years of experience working with tax returns in a public accounting firm. Working towards CPA certification. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
