Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - All Shifts Location: York, Pennsylvania Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments to assigned group of residents.Assess residents' medical, psychological, and spiritual needs.Assume responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned residents.Oversee and ensure that personnel under supervision (e.g. Certified Nursing Assistants) perform their duties according to standards of care.Enforce proper standards of care, which may include taking disciplinary action if those standards are not met. Shift & Physical RequirementsShifts: All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) with different timings.Physical requirements include: sitting, standing, walking, bending, talking, hearing; frequent use of hands/fingers; lifting, moving, pulling or pushing up to ~50 lbs. Qualifications / Experience DesiredMust be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).Preferable prior experience in medication administration.Preferable experience in skilled nursing treatments.Experience supervising CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) is also preferred.Description -LPN/ SNF/ Variable nights/ 8hrs/ 40 hrs guaranteed
