Outside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Dade City, FL (Covering Florida & Georgia)Compensation: $65,000 base salary + commissionAbout the OpportunityOur client, established in 2016 in the Dominican Republic, is the manufacturing arm of a global group specializing in high-quality galvanized, hot rolled, and cold rolled steel tube production. In 2024, they launched their U.S. distribution business, which quickly became the fastest-growing division within the group. As part of this exciting expansion, the company has opened its first U.S.-based warehouse in Dade City, Florida.We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to play a key role in building and growing market share across Florida and Georgia. This is a high-visibility opportunity to represent a rapidly expanding company in the steel industry, develop strong customer relationships, and directly impact growth.Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and manage order fulfillment. Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce experience preferred). Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide insights to management. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Travel regularly throughout Florida and Georgia to meet with customers.QualificationsMust-Have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of outside sales experience. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.Preferred: Experience in the steel or industrial materials industry. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).Key Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with excellent time management.
