Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $130,000 to $165,000 per year.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare month end journal entries and accrualsImplement monthly general ledger account reconciliation and review processMaintain fixed asset and depreciation schedulesPrepare monthly analysis of capital expenditures vs. budget with future cash flow projectionsCalculate monthly/quarterly commission accrual and payments to sales repsPrepare supporting schedules required by companies outside auditors to timely complete the year-end audit and tax returnRequirements:Leadership capabilities to mentor and develop a teamStrong Excel skillsKnowledge of ERP systems - SAP preferredExperience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics5-10 years of experience leading accounting effortsREF49690 #LI-POST
