Client Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: * Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner * Warmly greets clients and provide exceptional service * Entering new client information into the computer system * Following opening and closing procedures * Prepares client invoices for services performed * Handles payment transactions * Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly Requirements: * 1 plus year client service experience (veterinary experience or education preferred) * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong computer skills (Required) * Experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment * Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people * Organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing * Must be a people person who is kind and caring to all staff and clients A common purpose with an uncommon passion-this is Rarebreed Veterinary Partners.
