CGP: Property Accountant (Onsite)

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year.Job Description: Prepare Monthly Management Reports for investors and creditors Review financial statements for general ledger accounts File Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Prepare Daily Cash Report Review tenant leases and prepare Lease Abstracts Setup new tenants and properties in Yardi accounting program and maintain rent rolls Requirements: Experience with Yardi Voyager Working exposure to multiple accounting/finance functions: AR, AP, GL, and Budgeting Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience REF47081 #LI-POST
