The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate is a seasoned Superintendent with 10+ years of experience overseeing ground-up K-12 or public-sector projects, particularly in Florida. They are detail-oriented, firm but collaborative with subcontractors, and excel at managing complex logistics, tight schedules, and high-expectation stakeholders.
