Turlock, CA Ceres (Modesto) Ca 3021 $27.00/Per Hour Customer Service * Job Description * Branch Details We are currently hiring for Customer service Rep/EDI Specialist Job Tittle: Customer service Rep/EDI Specialist Pay Rate: $27-$29 /HR Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Job Duties/Responsibilities: Order processing: * Receive, review, and enter customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. * Coordinate order fulfillment with production and logistics teams. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and EDI portals with professionalism and urgency. * Resolve product, order, or delivery issues efficiently and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Act as the primary contact for all EDI-related activities. * Assist with onboarding and setup of new EDI customers, working with internal and external IT teams as needed. * Monitor daily EDI transactions to ensure successful transmission of orders, invoices, and acknowledgments. * Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission errors and issues. * Maintain EDI documentation and support system upgrades or changes.
