Their success is built on our people-first culture, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and schedule.Job DescriptionLead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from planning through closeout.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contract documents.Oversee procurement of subcontractors and materials; negotiate subcontracts and major purchases.Monitor project progress and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and client specifications.Direct and mentor assistant project managers, coordinators, and field personnel.Conduct regular project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Manage project financials including change orders, billing, forecasting, and reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
