Superintendent - Commercial Location: Cincinnati, OH, US (tackle projects through OH, KY, and IN - typically within 1 hr radius from Cincinnati)Salary: $90K-$130K (salary depends on experience) Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our ground-up commercial construction projects. Cincinnati or throughout OH. s. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Projects range from $10M-$50 role typically. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of multifamily construction projectsCoordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliersEnsure project compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsManage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completionConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issuesCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineersPrepare and submit progress reports to senior managementQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up Commercial Construction Retail, K12, Medical, Multifamily, Government, Big Box, Industrial, Warehouse, Assisted Living, Entertainment, Banks, Automotive etcProjects range from $10M-$50M typicallyStrong knowledge of construction processes and project management techniquesFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and safety standardsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsA bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred not requiredProcore experience Certification in OSHA 30 is a plusExperience with ground-up construction and design-build projects is desirableBenefitsFull Benefits Included
