Accounting Associate

Fantastic opportunity with our client in Orange County! Fast paced and growing retail company looking for their next Accounting Associate for either a temp-to-hire opportunity or direct hire. This role is hybrid in Costa Mesa, 2 to 3 days in office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $32 per hour. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Reviews vendor statements and researches any missing items or discrepancies Reviews new vendor paperwork to get them set up in multiple systems Collects and organizes employee expenses for posting to general ledger Assists with bank account and other balance sheet reconciliations monthly Manages the monthly billing process for other revenue EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of Accounting Clerk or Associate experience 2-3 of high volume Accounts Payable experience REF45712 #LI-POST#ZR#Ind-LA-OC
