Job DescriptionJob Title: Stewardship Associate Urgently HiringPay: $22Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pmStart Date: ASAP Seeking a full time Stewardship Associate to provide critical administrative and project support for our client's stewardship program, which is essential for cultivating strong donor relationships. The Stewardship Associate will ensure all benefactors receive timely acknowledgements, proper recognition, full accountability, and consistent communication. This is a position located in Orono, ME.As a Stewardship Associate, responsibilities include: Preparing and updating fund files, assisting with processing new fund descriptions, and monitoring their progress Composing and editing stewardship correspondence Maintaining the database and filing systems for all stewardship-related information Assisting with the production and distribution of fund account statements, campus fund administrators' budgets, reports, and other related information Working with fund administrators to encourage the stewardship of donors Assisting in monitoring funds to ensure compliance and accountability Responding to inquiries and providing information that requires policy interpretation and knowledge of best practices Planning and coordinating complex administrative assignments and independent projects Assisting in developing improved stewardship practices, policies, procedures, and systems to better serve donors and campus administrators Providing general office support to the Executive Assistant and Administrative Specialist for Planned Giving as needed The ideal candidate for this role will have: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets). Advanced Excel skills, including experience with mail merges, are highly desired. Ability to work effectively in a team, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
