Position: Account ExecutiveLocation: Remote/Field Sales within Metro DetroitPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team specializing in commercial flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the commercial sector. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and tailored flooring solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in the flooring industry.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.Prepare and present tailored flooring solutions including carpet, LVP, LVT, resinous, resilient, and epoxy products.Manage territory effectively to maximize sales potential and reach targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.QualificationsProven experience in construction sales, preferably in commercial flooring.Strong knowledge of flooring products including carpet, LVP, LVT, resinous, and epoxy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory and achieve sales targets.Ability to understand technical specifications and deliver solutions to clients' needs.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.Strong network of contacts within construction, design, and property management industriesBenefits- Base Salary: $70K-$110K - OTE: 150K-250K- Medical- Vision- Dental- 401K- Flexible schedule- Car allowance- Paid business expenses
