Team Members work together performing various duties, including but not limited to order preparation, quality assurance and shipping. Seasonal Production Associate responsibilities include:Produce orders by following established standard operating proceduresCommunicate delays or problems that might keep a specific order from being completedEnsure quality standards are maintained during productionConfirm orders are accurate for quantities, placement locations and garment typesMaintain daily production recordsProvide ideas and suggestions for improvement of processes; participate in efficiency evaluations as neededFollow preventative maintenance proceduresSeasonal Production Associate requirements include:Dependability and Reliability.
