T3 Performance was founded in 2009 and has since grown into one of the leading youth sports companies in the Midwest. T3 offers a variety of youth sports services ranging from performance and sports skills training to club teams and tournaments. T3 took on an investment in 2024 to help with its rapid expansion plans beyond its three locations in northeastern Ohio to other midwestern cities.T3 is hyper focused on not only expanding locations geographically but also continuing to improve its services in order to achieve maximum outcomes for their athletes.We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team that want to:AMAZE our athletes, parents and membersTAKE ACTION to take that extra step in everything they do andBRING THE JUICE to pass along their positive energy to everyone and anyone that participates or attends a T3 activityT3 is looking for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will be a high-impact, trusted partner responsible for providing proactive administrative and strategic support. They will manage critical executive functions, streamline communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, including internal and external meetings, board commitments, and investor relationsCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and expense reportsPrepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations and strategic planning sessionsDraft, proofread, and manage high-level communications on behalf of CEOTrack and support the execution of key initiatives and follow-up items; act as a liaison across departmentsAssist with data gathering, reporting, and preparation of presentations for board meetings, investor updates and executive leadership team reviewsMaintain and safeguard sensitive and confidential information across strategic and operational activitiesAct as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersSupport cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR and business developmentHelp ensure alignment across executive team members and department headsRequired Skills/Abilities:Exceptional organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligenceAbility to anticipate needs, take initiative and work independentlyProficient in MS Office Suite and Google WorkspaceEducation, Experience, Certifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentT3 Performance provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
