Will need to be available for 2nd and 3rd shifts including weekends and holidays. Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are not available. Security Officer Minimum Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois. * Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up/down flights of stairs. This position is about 75% to 80% standing/walking. * This position will be up to about 75% to 80% of the time outside. * Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record needed. This is a driving position. (All our positions include driver certification). * Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months. * Average computer skills needed, above average computer skills a plus. * Customer service experience preferred. * Security, Law Enforcement, OR Military experience a plus!! * Have reliable transportation (Public transportation is not available at most our various site locations). * Have reliable working communication device (cell phone). * Have the legal right to work in the United States. * Ability to speak, read, and write English. * Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus. * Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. * Must have great diligence and remain vigilant throughout shift. * Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid effective judgment and use proper de-escalation.
