If you are interested in working with one of Michigans premier ENR contractors then please apply today.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities for Senior Superintendent (SE Michigan) include:Lead all on-site construction activities for automotive projects from start to finish.Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking critical milestones and deadlines.Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.Enforce quality standards in accordance with project drawings and industry best practices.Promote and maintain a strong jobsite safety culture, adhering to OSHA and company policies.Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.Identify and resolve field issues promptly to minimize impact on schedule and budget.Plan and manage site logistics, including equipment, deliveries, and material staging.Maintain thorough project documentation such as daily logs, RFIs, and inspection reports.Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field staff to support their development.
