This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryServe as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teamsMonitor safety compliance and maintain quality standards on all job sitesManage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders accurately and on timeTrack progress, update schedules, and resolve issues to keep projects on trackInterpret blueprints and specifications to guide project executionSupport and collaborate with superintendents and field crewsQualificationsPrevious experience in construction project management preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree preferredSchedule and CompensationFull-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and profit-sharing opportunities
