Global Leading Automotive and Mobility SupplierHighly Visible role globally and in North AmericaAbout Our ClientOur client for the Sr. Sales Manager Automotive OEM is a leading global manufacturer and supplier that services automotive, industrial, medical, appliances, HVAC, and other diversified industrial manufacturing markets. This company has a strong stable core product offering, while also continuing to invest in R&D and new technologies for the ever-changing technology landscape.The Sr. Sales Manager Automotive OEM will be responsible for ownership of global OEM accounts. This person will have global sales management of the assigned accounts including customer P&L, account management, new business wins and development, program launches, and end to end account responsibility working with cross functional teams including program management and operations.Job DescriptionIncrease market share and development new business opportunities with assigned automotive OEM accounts globally.Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate productsCustomer P&L responsibility driving revenue and margin growth, exceptional customer service and delivery, and ensuring program launchesDevelop strategic roadmaps for key targets and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to grow market share and diverse product portfolioAchieve and exceed Budget Sales and Gross Margin for your OEM customersEnsure all reports, plans, forecasts and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner both personally and for the team.Meet all reporting deadlines as are set by senior managementIdentify new and profitable opportunities with existing customers and leverage these to increase profitable sales with themProvide regular and relevant feedback on Market conditions, competitor activities and progress towards business objectives.Analyze the current market position, i.e. the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Participate in APQP meetings and follow up on commercial and customer related issuesEnsure continuous improvement in a change oriented culture.Page Group USA is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related.
