If you're looking to join a company that values integrity, growth, and collaboration, now is a great time to come aboard as an Assistant Project Manager, working on a diverse portfolio of projects and collaborating cross-functionally and with executive leadership.Job DescriptionAssist in the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of workCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materialsHelp prepare, issue, and track subcontractor agreements and purchase ordersParticipate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action itemsSupport the submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely responses and documentationMaintain project documentation, including drawings, logs, daily reports, and change ordersHelp with permitting and compliance with local codes and regulationsCollaborate with the Superintendent to ensure smooth communication between the office and fieldAssist with project closeout procedures, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and final inspectionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
