Overview Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Omaha, NE Schedule: PRN/Per Diem, 12-hour shifts, Dayshift-6:00am-6:30pmCompensation: $20.00 per hour plus shift differentials Sign-on Bonus: Up to $1,500 for PRN Thursday Walk-In Interview Days at Select Specialty Hospital-Omaha Come interview with our leadership team and tour our critical illness recovery hospital to see if it's a fit for you! Why Join Us: * Start Strong: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into our setting * Opportunity for Advancement: Demonstrate your skills and dedication which could lead to potential full-time opportunities * Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care Responsibilities * Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair * Participate in hourly rounds * Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs * Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs * Keep patients' rooms in clean and orderly condition * Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years) * Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student) * BLS is required within 90 days of hire Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
