Project Manager - Polymer Flooring

Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Chicago or MinneapolisSalary: $120,000 - $200,000 + BonusMy client is a family-owned construction company who have been steadily growing their jobs in SoCal and needs to add another project manager to their team. This role would be hybrid, with site visits and some travel required. We are looking for a project manager, who has experience with industrial polymer flooring. If that sounds like you, please apply!What you will do:Run the project from handoff to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.Visit and manage job sites.Develop relationships and business, help land future projects.Create a plan and set up projects for the installation team.Develop and maintain relationships with clients with consistent interaction.Create estimates & proposals as required.Mentor crew and assistant project managers when needed.Perform other tasks as assigned.Job requirements:Bachelors degree or 5+ years project management experience required.2+ Years of industrial polymer flooring experience required.Business development experience required.Strong knowledge of MS Suite, and Salesforce, Bluebeam, and Sage300 beneficial.Comfortable and efficient in spreadsheets.Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
