Known for prioritizing relationships, they provide a supportive culture that invests in employee growth and community engagement.Job DescriptionLead overall project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.Review plans, specifications, and submittals, identifying potential risks and providing proactive solutions.Manage project financials including cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor invoicing.Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract compliance.Drive project schedules, prepare progress reports, and lead project meetings.Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.Manage project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation.
